KWC DVS is a market leader in the field of water-saving commercial washroom products along with automatic washroom products for specialist applications, including the healthcare, mental healthcare, custodial and public sector markets.
Alongside the extensive product portfolio of WC flush valves, urinal controls, automatic taps, safe ensuites and water management controls, an expert team of engineers are on hand to support installations, whilst our technical sales teams give tailored project support and specification advice.
The new KWC Group combines the benefits of reduced water consumption with a focus on hygienic design. KWC DVS are proud to be part of this global Group and produce quality products that have been used reliably in some of the most demanding commercial environments for many years.
The DELABIE Group acquires KWC DVS
KWC Group Management AG was acquired by the DELABIE Group at the beginning of August 2025 following completion of the transaction. DELABIE is a leading family-owned company known throughout Europe for its wide range of sanitary solutions for public and commercial buildings.
This acquisition marks the beginning of a strong, forward-looking partnership that combines KWC Professional's expertise in advanced washroom technology with DELABIE's established European market leadership. Together, we will create the European market leader for state-of-the-art, durable and sustainable product and system solutions for professional sanitary facilities in healthcare and nursing homes, sports and leisure centres, educational and infrastructure buildings, safety and custodial areas, restaurants, hotels, industrial and office buildings.
Following our communication in June regarding the acquisition of KWC Group Management AG by DELABIE, we are pleased to share the next step in our brand transition. Over the coming months, you will begin to see our new brand name and logo, DELABIE DVS, introduced across our marketing materials, communications, and digital platforms.
This update forms part of our brand transition year and is a visual branding change only. It does not represent a legal name change at this stage. Aside from this branding update, nothing else is changing. Our team, products, services, systems, processes, and day-to-day operations all remain exactly the same. Customers and partners will continue working with their usual contacts and can expect the same high levels of service and support. As part of this transition, our updated DELABIE DVS logo will be rolled out gradually across relevant materials.
